Mixing Delos

I’ve recently dug back into some old songs that I was writing for my album “Delos”. I’d intended “Delos” to be a full length album but I became overwhelmed with it. The songs I was working on for it have been laying around collecting dust for years and I feel I need to release this work so that I can move on to new things. All of the songs are in need of remixing and that is what I’m currently working on. So far I’ve only got five songs that I could salvage. A couple of the songs were recorded on a cassette multi-track so the sound quality isn’t that great. Releasing this material will hopefully inspire me to start working on some new songs.

“Bleed For Me” Reaper project just hit 300th download

“Bleed for me” is a song by Black Label Society. Reaper is a multitrack recording software. I created a Reaper project for the song “Bleed for me” so that other users of the software could mix the song themselves. I recorded and played all the instruments in this project. My cover version doesn’t contain any vocals though. If you’d like, you can download the project by clicking the link below. The project has been compressed into a zip file which is 308mb and when extracted is nearly 1GB.
