It’s been 31 days since I’ve smoked a cigarette. I don’t even think about it much anymore. When I do think about having one I just relax for a couple of minutes until the urge goes away. This is the longest I’ve ever quit smoking and I think about how disappointed I would be if I started it back up. I can breathe much better now and I don’t get winded doing everyday stuff like mowing the yard. My focus and performance at work has improved a lot. I’ve been using other methods of getting nicotine. Right now I’m using a smokeless tobacco product, General white portion Swedish Snus. I’m preparing myself to switch over to nicotine gum. The second problem made the amp unusable so I had to order some new speakers for it. After lots of research I decided on Celestion Vintage 30’s. I went with the Vintage 30’s for volume output which I thought would come in handy if I ever rejoined a band. Another reason for my choice was the “tightness” of the speakers. After installing the Vinta

I just found this really interesting article about the old Walkmans. The article was written by a 13-year-old kid named Scott Campbell. I must be getting old because I have fond memories of my old walkman. You can read the original article here.
