Me and my wife finally bought a house. We’ve been looking forever but it was worth the wait. The house we bought was nearly $30,000 cheaper than the appraisal value. It is a one owner foreclosure and was built 15 years ago. Being a foreclosure it wasn’t in real good condition inside but we’ve been working on it for about 2 weeks now and hope to have it move in ready in about 2 to 3 more weeks. I’ll write again when some more work is finished.
