Yesterday I went to Radio Shack and bought 2 of the 470uf capacitors. They didn’t have any of the other ones. As a side note I was told that there were 6 470uf capacitors when on my board there are only 2. The 4 680uf capacitors are the one I think are messed up but I’ll have to order them to find out for sure. I ended up soldering in the 2 470uf capacitors and then put everything back together. When I hooked the monitor back up I got the same white screen as before. So no luck yet.
